Chocologic doesn’t use cane sugar, we use natural stevia (steviol glycosides) instead! This plant extract is seen as the new kid on the block, but in fact it’s been around for hundreds of years. It was originally used by pre Columbian South Americans as a natural sweetener long before some clever Swiss botanist identified it in 1899. STEVIA DOESN’T CAUSE

Stevia comes from the leaves of the plant species stevia rebaudiana which contain stevioside, which is a strong sweetener that is up to 300 times sweeter tasting than sugar. This means that we don’t have to use as much sugar as a regular chocolate bar but still has the same delicious taste that chocolate should have!
CHOCOLOGIC TASTES JUST
We think we taste just as great as regular chocolate, and we’re sure you’ll agree. Containing up to 90% less sugar compared to the top five market leading chocolate bars by using stevia as an alternative, it means that Chocologic products contain no added sugar.
Whilst stevia isn’t addictive compared to sugar, we can’t say the same about our chocolate! By using stevia, our chocolate has no effect on your glycaemic levels, meaning our chocolate can be enjoyed by everyone, even diabetics!
